4.2 Customers

  • Provide accurate delivery information
  • Pay for orders and delivery fees promptly
  • Be available to receive deliveries
  • Provide honest and fair reviews

4.3 Riders

  • Maintain valid licenses and insurance
  • Provide safe and timely deliveries
  • Maintain professional conduct
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries

4.4 Shop Owners

  • Provide accurate product information
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Prepare orders in a timely manner
  • Comply with health and safety regulations

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through our payment partners. You agree to pay:

  • Product prices as listed
  • Delivery fees and applicable taxes
  • Any additional fees clearly disclosed at checkout

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our Services are owned by or licensed to Niagize. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIAGIZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Niagize, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Niagize regarding your use of our Services.
